KAYA HRMS – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KAYA HRMS (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

KAYA HRMS is a cloud-based platform designed for employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, and HR administration. Access is granted to companies and their employees for business use only.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Keep login credentials confidential and not share them.
  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
  • Not engage in reverse engineering, copying, or modifying the software.

4. Company Administrator Responsibilities

  • Manage user access, employee data, and permissions.
  • Ensure data entered is accurate and lawful.
  • Inform employees about data usage in accordance with this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, and copyrights related to KAYA HRMS, including its software, design, and documentation, remain the sole property of the Service Providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during the term of their subscription.

6. Payment & Subscription

If applicable, paid subscriptions will be governed by separate commercial terms shared before activation. No refunds will be processed for pilot or trial access unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

KAYA HRMS is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the pilot or subscription period.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms or misusing the platform. Clients can request account closure at any time, with prior written notice.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
